Rose Cowl

This beautiful feminine cowl has an ethereal look to it. You may wear it as a single long loop, draped twice as shown here, or even tripled up for a bit more warmth. As light as air, the Rose Cowl is knit with a simple open lace stitch that is worked in the round in lace weight yarn on extra large needles. If you've never tried knitting lace, this cowl would  make a great first piece.   A single skein of our naturally dyed merino silk lace yarn is all you'll  need to create this lovely accessory.

Finished Dimensions:  Circumference: 64½"   Height: 8½"

Materials: 500 yards, lace weight yarn
US Size 7 (4.5 mm) 32" circular needles, or size needed to obtain gauge
Stitch marker, yarn needle.
